Jesuit Commons: Higher Education at the Margins (2009-Present)

§ Tertiary instruction for refugees in Mae Sot, Thailand, Dzeleka, Malawi, and Kakuma, Kenya via online platforms. Courses designed and taught include Leadership Theory, Global Business Practices, and Entrepreneurship.

§ 2001-2003:   Cafeteria and Conference Center Catering services for the Community Colleges of Spokane serving 13,000 students on two campuses.

§ 1995-2001: Cafeteria and Conference services General Manager for Agilent Technologies serving up to 2,300 employees on 24/7 schedule.

§ 1990-1995:   Foodservice Director for Lake Washington School District in Kirkland, WA serving 21,000 meals per day in 52 schools.

§ 1987-1990:   Foodservice Director for Kyrene School District in Tempe, AZ serving 14 schools.

§ 1985-1987 Food and Beverage Director for “Charlie’s at Tualatin” near Portland, OR.   Dining room, banquet, lounge, and room service provided for 200 rooms at the Nyberg Inn.

§ 1984-1985 Opening Manager of four new full service restaurants in Seattle and Portland areas adding over 1000 seats total including banquet areas.
